Socrative provides a intuitive interface for students and teachers. There are a number of platforms available for assessing what students in the classroom have learned. Some of the more popular ones involve text messaging services. Such systems provide some great input for teachers when it comes to assessing learning in the classroom, but in a high school this is not always possible because some high schools do not allow cell phone use. Additionally, not every student has a cellphone capable of texting. The Socrative platform allows a computer based interaction.
